ManOn2nd ushered in the New Year with an exclusive podcast interview with Miami Marlins prospect Zach McCambley.

The 22-year-old right-hander is ranked as Miami’s No. 16 prospect, per MLB Pipeline.

McCambley gave us an update on his off-season preparation, as well as provided an insight into the development of his curveball.

Miami selected McCambley out of Coastal Carolina in the third round in the 2020 MLB Draft, and in 2021, the right-hander advanced from High A ball to Double-A.

One of the Marlins’ top pitching prospects, McCambley has a plus curveball, which projects to be his ticket to the big leagues.
